Here's how we build the marketing machine to support the ecosystem pivot — without rebuilding what's already been built. One growth loop. One target: 2x revenue in 90 days.
You've built a product that works. 63K users. 75K validated ideas. Real proof. Now we're pivoting to an ecosystem — and the tech is sorted. I'm here to own marketing and build the team to double revenue.
Before spending on new tools, I audited what exists. We have production-ready systems that just need to be connected. Here's what I found:
Not 6 disconnected channels. One compounding loop where every cycle makes the next one better. Everything else supports this.
This is the flywheel. signal-tweeter, replier, and viral-pipeline are accelerants — they feed leads into the loop. But the loop itself is what compounds.
Not a side tool. The primary inbound engine. But we validate keywords first — bad pSEO pages hurt domain authority. We earn the right to scale.
The gate: Week 1–2 we deploy 10–20 test pages across 3 keyword clusters. We measure indexing, ranking, and conversion. Only clusters that prove traffic + signup intent get scaled to 100+ pages. No blind scaling.
Acquiring new users costs 5–7x more than converting existing ones. 63K users is the single fastest path to 2x revenue — and it's not even in most marketing plans.
The math: Even a 2% conversion of 63K dormant/free users = 1,260 paid users. This alone could hit the 2x target before any new acquisition channel kicks in.
Not just analytics. PostHog is the intelligence layer that makes the system get smarter every week.
Without this loop: intent scoring stays static, the system never learns, and you plateau. With it: every conversion makes the next one more likely.
Not everything will work. The plan is to measure ruthlessly and cut low-signal channels before they waste time.
The rule: If conversion is below threshold, cut it fast. Redirect resources to pSEO loop and proven channels. Speed of learning > breadth of channels.
Day 1 spend: ~₹5.5K/month (no CRM yet — Notion board tracks leads until volume justifies Zoho at Day 45). Verify mail-engine before Day 1 — not during.
My tools exist. The data exists. I'll build the team, run the loop, and cut what doesn't convert. Give me the budget and I'll double the revenue.
