Without this loop: intent scoring stays static, the system never learns, and you plateau. With it: every conversion makes the next one more likely.

Discipline

Kill What Doesn't
Convert. Fast.

Not everything will work. The plan is to measure ruthlessly and cut low-signal channels before they waste time.

AI replies at scale (replier) — if reply-to-conversion rate drops below 1% after 2 weeks, scale back to manual-only outreach. AI replies often read as garbage and damage brand.
Cold email (mail-engine) — if open rate < 25% or reply rate < 2% after 500 sends, kill the channel. Cold email infra is often ignored and burns sender reputation.
Paid ads (Google/Meta) — if CAC exceeds 3-month LTV after ₹15K spend, pause and regroup. Don't feed a losing channel.
Any channel — 2-week review cycles. No channel gets more than 30 days without proving positive unit economics.

The rule: If conversion is below threshold, cut it fast. Redirect resources to pSEO loop and proven channels. Speed of learning > breadth of channels.
